Ultimately, my job as your coach is to help you get out of your own way so you can show up as your best self and achieve your potential.
What coaching is not...
Coaching certainly isn’t me giving you a bunch of advice and telling you what you need to do to succeed. Rather, it is about partnership, where good curious questions are asked with the purpose of raising your awareness. Space is created for you to talk and think more deeply and as a result you are more able to access the resources you already hold.

Strengthscope and Strengthscope 360
Strengthscope™️ is the foundation for all of Strengthscope’s products. A tool which provides an insight into the uniqueness of every individual. It provides a valuable awareness of what energises and motivates a person allowing them, using positive psychology to grow and develop and stretch their strengths and overcome blockers and barriers to success.
Strengthscope Team
The team report assesses and describes the team’s current behaviour allowing exploration of ways in which it can enhanced to develop strong, agile and resilient teams.
Strengthcope team allows a team profile to be built alongside each member’s individual report showcasing:
- The team’s clear strengths
- Areas of risk for the team to be aware of
- Team members’ comments
- Productive habits and ways to develop them further
Strengthscope Leader
Aimed at leaders, this report also allows up to 20 raters who are invited to comment on the leader’s strengths offering invaluable feedback and the opportunity to explore leadership habits that play to their strengths.
